Kunti Kumari Chettri

Kunti Kumari Chettri joined the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom (D.H.H.) as a paid artisan in 2006. She completed a two-year course in carpet weaving at the D.H.H. headquarters in Zero Point, Gangtok.

With years of experience, Kunti Kumari has honed her skills to create detailed and high-quality carpets, contributing to the preservation and continuation of Sikkim’s traditional weaving heritage.
